Ventura Aerospace is an aerospace component manufacturer specializing in precision, complex machining and assembly to six decimal accuracy (millionths). Precision CNC Machining

Advanced multi-axis CNC turning and milling of aerospace components in titanium, stainless, aluminum, and exotic alloys. We hold tolerances as tight as 0.0005" across complex geometries, delivering flight-critical parts with repeatable accuracy for commercial, defense, and space programs.

Surface Finishing

OD, ID, and centerless grinding to tolerances of 0.0001" using Studer, Toyoda, Myford, and Okamoto grinders. Our precision grinding operations achieve the exacting surface finishes and dimensional accuracy required for hydraulic valves, fuel system components, and engine assemblies.

Honing, Lapping & Fit Assembly

Manual honing and lapping to six decimal accuracy — millionths of an inch. We lap-fit spools to sleeves with precise diametrical clearances, achieving roundness, straightness, and finish specifications that only the most skilled hands and eyes in aerospace can deliver.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Nadcap-accredited wire and sinker EDM for non-contact machining of hardened or delicate materials. Our EDM capability produces complex geometries and tight tolerances in parts where conventional cutting is impossible, serving critical aerospace and defense applications.

Valve & Hydraulic Component Assembly

Complete assembly and testing of diametrically matched valve, sleeve, and housing assemblies for precise metered flow in fluid, fuel, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. We deliver fully inspected, mission-ready assemblies for air, sea, and space platforms.

Fail-Safe Engine Termination Components

Manufacturing of "fail-safe" last resort termination components for over-speed engine conditions across air, sea, and space applications. These life-critical parts demand the highest precision and absolute reliability — and that is exactly what we build.
